Position- Purchase Executive

- Experience min 2-5 years in automotive manufacturing industry.
- Must knowledge of cutting tools, CNC and VMC Tooling and industrial materials.
- Valuable knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Proven experience in procurement and vendor management.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders in Tally.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Accounts departments.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Handle supplier coordination, quotations, and purchase documentation.
- Maintain purchase records and ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery. · Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.



· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. · Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. · Monitor stock levels and place orders as need
- Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability.
