About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Online Bidder responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, and generating leads through online freelancing and bidding platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, proposal-writing, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, PPH, and other bidding portals.
- Research potential clients and understand their project requirements.
- Prepare customized, professional, and compelling proposals.
- Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Communicate with clients through chat, email, calls, and online meetings.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to understand project requirements and prepare accurate proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, timelines, and terms with clients.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.




- Meet monthly/quarterly targets for bids, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and recent bidding opportunities.

Required Skills

- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust proposal and business writing skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, AI/ML, software development, or digital solutions.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good lead-generation and client-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining bidding data.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in online bidding, IT sales, lead generation, or business development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
