ABOUT THE ROLE

Plot and Plan Studio is looking for a highly organised, detail oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to take ownership of the studio’s day to day accounts and financial operations.

You will be responsible for daily transaction recording, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, project wise expense tracking and coordination with our CA for GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Record and maintain all daily financial transactions - client receipts, vendor bills, purchases, site expenses, reimbursements, bank/UPI transactions, etc.
- Manage invoicing, receivables, collections and vendor payments.
- Maintain project wise expenses and financial records.
- Handle bank, ledger and GST reconciliations.
- Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, income tax and statutory compliance.
- Follow up with clients and vendors for pending payments and required documents/ invoice.
- Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure deadlines are never missed.
- Prepare monthly financial reports on revenue, collections, expenses, receivables and payables.
- Keep all financial records accurate, organised and audit ready.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, experience in interior design, construction,



architecture or other project based businesses is a plus.
- CA Articleship candidates with practical accounting/GST/TDS exposure are welcome.
- Robust knowledge of bookkeeping, GST, TDS, invoicing and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong follow up, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of responsibilities.
- High level of integrity, accountability and confidentiality.

You should be proactive, structured and comfortable handling multiple transactions, following up on pending items and identifying discrepancies before they become problems.

Accuracy, ownership, integrity and timely execution are non negotiable.
