We are hiring a dynamic HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. In this role, you will align HR strategies with our business goals, build a positive workplace culture, and foster employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
- Develop and enforce company policies while ensuring labor law compliance.
- Drive performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
- Administer compensation, perks, and payroll systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
