We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused CDQA Executive to join our team in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a B2B environment and possess strong communication, analytical, and quality assurance skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality audits and evaluations of customer interactions, calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company quality standards and processes.
- Identify gaps, errors, and areas for improvement in customer interactions.
- Prepare quality reports and provide feedback to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve overall service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of audits, observations, and corrective actions.




- Support process improvement initiatives and quality enhancement programs.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in CDQA/Quality Assurance within a B2B environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in customer support quality monitoring.
- Knowledge of QA frameworks and audit processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
