Executive Chef – Pan Asian Cuisine | HiringWe’re Hiring | Executive Chef – Pan Asian CuisineWe are looking for a passionate, creative, and highly skilled Executive Chef with exceptional expertise in Pan Asian cuisine to lead our culinary team and elevate our food experience.The Ideal Candidate* Proven experience as an Executive Chef / Head Chef in premium restaurants, cafés, hotels, or contemporary dining establishments.* Excellent command of Pan Asian cuisines, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, and related culinary styles.* Strong understanding of authentic flavours, modern techniques, presentation, and menu development.* Demonstrated ability to create innovative menus while maintaining consistency and quality.* Solid leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and manage a professional kitchen team.* Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, kitchen operations, inventory control, costing, and portion management.* Ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining exceptional standards.* Strong communication, organisational,



and decision-making skills.* A creative culinary mindset with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.Key Responsibilities* Lead and manage the complete kitchen operations.* Develop and curate an innovative Pan Asian menu aligned with the brand’s culinary identity.* Maintain the highest standards of taste, quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene.* Manage food costs, inventory, procurement, wastage, and kitchen budgets effectively.* Train and develop the culinary team to ensure strong performance and discipline.* Work closely with management to introduce new concepts, seasonal menus, and culinary experiences.* Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards.Experience: 8+ years in professional kitchens, with significant expertise in Pan Asian cuisine preferred.
