Job Description – Dispatch Executive

Company Introduction:

Founded in 1971 by Late S. Gurdev Singh Matharoo, the group manufactures complete plants and multi-product machinery.
MB Exports Limited produces Dewatering & Irrigation Quick Couplings (since 1997) and Vacuum Piston Pumps (since 2008).
Recognized as a Star Export House, the company is certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch of finished goods.
- Prepare invoices, E-Way Bills, delivery challans and other dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and delivery.
- Verify quantity, packing and material before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and update daily dispatch reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with production, stores, accounts and sales teams.
- Track dispatched material and follow up on deliveries.
- Handle export dispatch documentation when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company procedures.





Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Experience with SAP/Tally will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.

Key Requirement:

Responsible, organized and able to manage dispatch activities accurately and on time.
