- znsformation of Reception, Lobby, Common Areas, Dining, Study Rooms,Game room, creating a premium hostel experience.
- Develop 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare Furniture BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Manage vendors for furniture, fixtures, lighting, décor
- Ensure execution within budget & timelines. Negotiate pricing while maintaining quality standards.
- Prior experience with premium hostels, co-living, or hospitality is preferred
- Coordinate furniture manufacturing and installation.
- Material selection - Ensure materials are durable, cost-effective, and suitable for hostel operations.
- Prepare snag lists.
