Key Responsibilities

- Patients का स्वागत एवं registration
- Appointment booking एवं follow-up calls
- Phone calls और WhatsApp inquiries handle करना
- New patients की basic information लेना
- Doctor/Physiotherapist की appointment schedule करना
- Treatment packages एवं clinic services की जानकारी देना
- Patient records एवं billing maintain करना
- Daily collection एवं basic cash handling
- Patients को treatment schedule और follow-up के लिए remind करना
- Clinic reception और front-desk management संभालना
- Google reviews एवं patient feedback में सहायता करना





Preferred Skills

- अच्छी communication skills
- Hindi बोलना अनिवार्य; basic English preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- WhatsApp एवं calling का अच्छा knowledge
- Polite, confident और patient-friendly personality
- Sales / counselling / telecalling experience को preference

Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

Salary experience, communication skills और performance के अनुसार निर्धारित की जाएगी।

Working Hours

Full Time
Clinic working hours के अनुसार shift निर्धारित की जाएगी।
