About the Role

Fin IQ is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team at Kakkanad, Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards suitable courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and provide guidance on suitable courses and career options.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of counselling activities and student interactions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve assigned admission/enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Customer/student-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in academic counselling, education sales, admissions, or tele-counselling is Adavantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
