About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation. It is an excellent prospect for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS.
- Support HR policy implementation and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Eligibility





- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
