About the Role

We are looking for confident and communication-oriented candidates to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, communicate with clients, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with customers and clients.
- Generate and manage leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and explain services.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Coordinate with the internal team.




- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
- Sales or customer-handling experience is an advantage.
