Hitech Delite is seeking a professional, welcoming, and organized Receptionist to join our team in Belagavi. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests warmly upon arrival.

- Manage incoming phone calls, address inquiries, and forward messages accurately.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.

- Provide basic administrative and clerical support (data entry, filing, scheduling).

Requirements:

- High school diploma or degree in a related field.

- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or administrative role.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email management).

- Excellent organizational skills and customer-focused attitude.
