HRPlacers is looking for a motivated Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with recruitment consultancy or staffing experience to handle multiple client requirements across IT and Non-IT sectors.

IT recruitment experience will be preferred, although recruiters with strong Non-IT recruitment experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment requirements from multiple clients across IT and Non-IT sectors.
- Understand Job Descriptions and identify suitable candidates according to client requirements.
- Independently source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals/recruitment platforms.
- Use Boolean searches, keyword searches, databases, referrals, social media and professional networks to identify candidates.
- Explore alternative sourcing channels instead of depending on a single job portal.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, current/expected CTC, notice period, location and overall suitability.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions before submitting profiles.
- Work on IT positions such as Software Developers, Node.js, React.js, Flutter, PHP, Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Technical Support and other technology roles.
- Work on Non-IT requirements across Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Media,



Accounts, HR, Operations and other functions.
- Submit relevant and properly screened profiles within required timelines.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Handle offer and joining follow-ups and work to minimize candidate dropouts.
- Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines for recurring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly activity updates.
- Work toward profile submission, interview, selection and joining/closure targets.
- When recruitment workload permits, support prospective client calling, database follow-ups and identification of current hiring requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment consultancy/staffing agency.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
- IT recruitment experience preferred; exposure to both IT and Non-IT recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and vacancies simultaneously.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
