Job Title: Premises Operations, Maintenance & Caretaking Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and trustworthy person to assist with the day-to-day supervision, maintenance, and general management of office and residential premises in Srinagar.

The role involves supporting the smooth functioning of the property, monitoring the premises, coordinating routine maintenance, assisting with operational requirements, and helping ensure that the premises remain safe, organised, secure, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- General supervision of office and residential premises
- Supporting routine maintenance, upkeep, and property requirements
- Coordinating minor repairs and maintenance work when required
- Assisting with day-to-day premises and operational management
- Monitoring utilities, equipment, supplies, and general property requirements
- Assisting with opening, closing, and supervision of the premises when assigned
- Supporting staff and management with routine property-related requirements
- Helping maintain a safe, organised, presentable, and secure environment




- Providing support during extended hours or night-duty requirements when scheduled
- Reporting maintenance issues, security concerns, or other significant matters promptly

Candidate Requirements

- Honest, disciplined, punctual, and dependable
- Responsible attitude towards property and assigned duties
- Able to independently handle routine caretaking and premises-related responsibilities
- Willing to assist with different operational requirements as needed
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Previous experience in caretaking, facilities support, property management, maintenance, or similar work will be preferred
