Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and collaborating with different teams to maintain optimal system performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on resolving common issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems within business-critical systems.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining cloud-based application environments.
- Ability to work with various system components and understand their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues based on business impact.
