Role: Generate fresh sales leads through field visits (sites, architects, contractors, walk-ins) and convert them into confirmed orders.
Responsibilities
- Daily field visits to generate new leads (construction sites, architects, builders, societies)
- Follow up on leads (showroom, phone, digital) until closure
- Present products, share quotations, negotiate within approved limits
- Build referral relationships with architects/contractors
- Maintain daily lead tracker and report pipeline to management
- Coordinate with showroom for measurements and order handoff
Requirements
- 1–4 yrs field sales experience (building materials/interiors preferred)
- Own two-wheeler
- Valuable Hindi + working English, presentable
Compensation: Fixed + incentive on conversions
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
