Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from UK customers regarding telecom and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to broadband, connectivity, devices, and services.
- Provide clear and skilled technical assistance to customers.
- Follow troubleshooting procedures and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet process quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Option 1 – Graduate Freshers
- Graduate fresher with a technical degree.
- Eligible qualifications include BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Sc IT, or other relevant technical degrees.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
Option 2 – HSC + Experience
- HSC/12th pass candidates with a minimum of 6 months of technical support experience.
- Candidates should have good technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
Salary
20,000 – 28,000 per month in-hand, depending on experience and interview performance.
Key Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling international/UK customers over voice.
- Basic understanding of computers, networking, broadband, and technical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
