KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Asset Acquisition & Origination

- Lead origination strategies to source single-name corporate exposures, debt pools, and retail/SME NPA portfolios from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

- Oversee preliminary screening, structural structuring, and cash-flow evaluation of target acquisition portfolios.

- Manage end-to-end deal originationfrom tracking Swiss Challenge auctions and bilateral discussions to bid preparation and deal closure under the SARFAESI and IBC frameworks.

2. Strategic Partnerships & Capital Raising

- Build relationships with institutional co-investors, foreign portfolio investors (FPIs), private equity, and special situation funds to co-invest via Security Receipts (SRs) or direct debt structures.

- Coordinate with rating agencies, legal advisers, valuation experts, and diligence vendors to execute deal closures efficiently.

3. Business Development & Strategic Growth

- Identify current market opportunities, including retail debt aggregation, secondary SR market trades,



and distressed-debt advisory assignments.

- Represent the company in key industry forums (e.g., Indian Banks' Association, Reserve Bank of India discussions, and ARC associations).

4. Corporate Marketing & Brand Positioning

- Design and execute marketing strategies to position the ARC as a preferred turn-around and resolution partner for lenders and investors.

- Manage corporate communications, digital presence, public relations, and thought-leadership publications regarding distressed asset trends.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with the Risk, Legal, Finance, and Asset Resolution teams to ensure seamless due diligence, smooth onboarding of assets, and compliance with RBI guidelines.

- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing acquisitions and business development team.
