Specific contribution expected from the role:

Drive commercial performance analytics across Contemporary Trade, E-commerce and Quick Commerce, covering primary/secondary sales, SKU promotions, monthly/YTD performance, operational metrics and variance analysis, with Circana/IRI experience and CPG/FMCG analytics exposure. Consolidate multi-source data to build dashboards and management reports, identify trends, gaps and growth drivers, and translate analysis into actionable business insights, leveraging Circana/IRI data and market analytics where applicable. Skillsets: Commercial/Sales Analytics, Circana/IRI Analytics, CPG/FMCG Analytics, Business Reporting, Advanced Excel, Power BI/BI Tools, Large Dataset Analysis, Sales & E-commerce Analytics, Performance Management, Data Consolidation, Trend & Variance Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Reporting Automation and Strong Communication.

Job Description:

- Drive commercial performance analytics across Modern Trade and E-commerce channels,



providing regular visibility on primary and secondary sales performance.
- Analyse business performance across multiple dimensions, categories, products and flavours to identify trends, gaps, growth drivers and opportunities.
- Manage and support promotional SKU planning and execution, including creation, allocation and performance tracking of promotional offerings.
- Develop monthly and YTD performance analysis to support business reviews and enable informed decision-making.
- Track e-commerce and Quick Commerce operational metrics, including product availability and order fulfilment, and highlight key areas requiring intervention.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and systems to create integrated views of business performance.
- Prepare management-level performance summaries and business review inputs, translating data into concise.
