Role & responsibilities

- ct as the primary contact for all customer quality-related issues and concerns.
- Receive, investigate and manage customer complaints, warranty claims, field failures and returns.
- Lead 8D problem-solving and root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone/Ishikawa, Pareto and other RCA tools.
- Coordinate immediate containment actions, sorting, rework and corrective actions at customer locations when required.
- Prepare and submit customer-facing 8D, RCA, CAPA and corrective action reports within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Supplier Quality, R&D; and other cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions and ensure prevention of recurrence.
- Monitor customer quality metrics such as PPM/DPPM, complaints, rejection, warranty and field-failure trends.
- Participate in customer meetings, quality reviews, audits and customer visits.
- Support customer-specific requirements and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
- Support APQP, PPAP,



PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA and SPC activities during recent product development and production.
- Conduct product/process audits and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Review customer feedback and identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
- Maintain customer quality records, reports, dashboards and action trackers.
- Drive corrective actions for recurring quality problems and support defect-prevention initiatives.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering changes and process validation activities.
- Provide regular quality performance updates to management and customers.
