- Coordinate sales activities with customers to meet their needs and expectations.
- Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in marketing efforts by providing data insights from MIS reports.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience customer relationship & marketing industry.
- Solid skills in CRM software, customer care, marketing, MIS reporting, sales coordination.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Target based work experience.
