About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and growth-oriented individual with 13 years of experience in the wealth management or financial services industry. The role primarily focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and business development along with understanding investment products and financial markets.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field activities, client meetings, and building long-term client relationships while contributing towards branch growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively participate in client acquisition and business development activities
- Generate and develop new client relationships through references, networking, and field activities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investment discussions




- Identify prospective clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable investment solutions
- Conduct regular follow-ups and client servicing activities
- Stay updated with financial markets, investment trends, and asset classes
- Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth onboarding and execution
- Prepare reports, investment comparisons, and portfolio-related data using Excel
- Support branch-level business growth initiatives and revenue generation activities
