We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or BFSI hiring. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for niche banking and financial services positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Investment Banking and Financial Services roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and market mapping.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche mandates.
- Drive offer negotiations and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:





- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for Investment Banking, Capital Markets, BFSI, or Financial Services roles.
- Solid sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
