About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Account Executive with strong experience in accounting, taxation, MIS reporting, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally 9, ERP, GST, TDS, Maharashtra Professional Tax, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing using Tally 9 & ERP.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, receivables/payables, and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax (Maharashtra), Income Tax, and applicable statutory compliances.
- Manage GST/TDS reconciliations, tax workings, payments, returns, and compliance documentation.
- Support statutory/tax audits and coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants.




- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting operations.

Candidate Profile

- 3 -4 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally 9, ERP & MS Excel.
- Practical exposure to GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax & statutory compliance.
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- CA Fresher / CA Appeared preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
