Position: Billing Executive
Location: Matcare Maternity & Child Hospital, Viman Nagar, Pune
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Industry Preference: Hospital / Healthcare Billing
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Mandatory)

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle all inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) billing activities accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, verify, and process patient bills, cash collections, receipts, and refunds.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, insurance teams, and patients for billing-related queries.
- Ensure accurate charge capture for treatments, investigations, procedures, and pharmacy services.
- Maintain billing records and support documentation as per hospital policies.
- Assist in insurance, TPA, and cashless billing processes.
- Reconcile daily billing transactions and submit reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing protocols and statutory requirements.
- Address patient queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills

- Experience in Hospital Billing, Medical Billing, IPD/OPD Billing, or Healthcare Accounts.
- Knowledge of TPA, Insurance, Cashless Claims, and Hospital Management Systems (HMS) preferred.




- Good understanding of billing procedures, documentation, and reconciliation.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital workplace.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in hospital billing or healthcare operations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts is mandatory.
