Key Responsibilities

- Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and attend client and

consultant meetings.

- Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Develop and present project proposals; adjust designs and plans to meet client needs.
- Lead and coordinate the design teamreviewing drafts, making design changes, and

overseeing all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects.

- Provide consultations and lead negotiations with potential clients during project

development and bidding phases.

- Schedule and allot work to the team as per HOD instructions, and review day-to-day

work.

- Maintain and improve daily reporting systems.
- Ensure smooth team coordination across Accounts, Liaison, and Drawing functions.
- Coordinate between the office, clients, and other consultants.
- Understand and adhere to company policies thoroughly.





Technical Knowledge & Approval Expertise• Thorough knowledge of the latest Unified DCPR, PMRDA regulations,

Environmental Clearance (EC) requirements, and National Building Code (NBC)

provisions.

- Hands-on experience obtaining and managing statutory approvals from various

authorities.

- Well-versed in approval hierarchies, submission procedures, compliance

requirements, and liaison processes for residential, commercial, and mixed-use

developments.

- Ability to coordinate with government departments, consultants, and regulatory

authorities to ensure timely approvals and compliance.

- Capable of interpreting development control regulations, zoning provisions, FSI

calculations, fire and environmental norms, and other statutory requirements.Role & responsibilities
