- Knowledge of wiring harness assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, manage time effectively.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly process.
- Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
- Monitoring production progress, addressing any issues, and ensuring targets are met. Preferred candidate profile
