Job Description:

- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP QM modules (e.g., Inspection Plans, Quality Certificates, CAPA)
- Analyze quality data and identify trends and root causes of non-conformance
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to quality management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters
