- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
- Supervise a team of waiters, baristas, and other staff members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle complaints and feedback from customers in a qualified manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant premises.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years' experience as a captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong captaining skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate staff towards achieving targets.
- Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.
