About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who understands the full end-to-end creative processfrom conceptualization, wireframing, and sketching to final execution. This role requires a solid focus on digital asset creation, specifically someone who excels at designing high-converting, visually striking website banners, landing page graphics, UI elements, and performance marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Website & Digital Banners: Conceptualize and design engaging, high-impact web banners, hero section graphics, promotional sliders, and landing page creatives optimized for user engagement and conversions.
- Creative Process & Ideation: Drive the complete design lifecycle:



translating marketing briefs and rough concepts into structured layouts, storyboards, mood boards, and polished final assets.
- UI/UX Visual Collaboration: Design clean digital interfaces, web layouts, and interactive components that align with modern web standards and responsive design guidelines.
- Brand & Marketing Collaterals: Create visuals for social media campaigns, performance marketing ads, emailers, product brochures, and corporate presentations.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure designs look sharp, load efficiently, and match the target brand messaging.

Required Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven graphic design experience focusing heavily on digital web design, banner layouts, and marketing creatives.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma/XD for web asset structuring).
- Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of web design constraints, dimensions, aspect ratios, color theory, typography, and UI layout readability across mobile and desktop viewports.
- Behavioural Traits: Strong creative thinking, ability to accept constructive feedback, multi-tasking under tight digital marketing timelines, and acute attention to detail.
