Maintaining Data

Submitting bills on the due date.

Verification of bills with client team

- Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications for billing purposes.

- Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate estimation of materials required for construction projects.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues affecting project timelines or budgets.

- Develop detailed cost estimates based on quantity surveys, labor costs, material requirements, and other relevant factors.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding building designs, finishes, fixtures & fittings (FF&F;), etc.

- 6-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field with expertise in high rise buildings, mivan shuttering systems, real estate construction methods.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.

- Robust understanding of building construction processes including excavation work; foundation laying; plumbing; electrical installations; interior fit-out works; finishing works.
