About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Maintenance Supervisor to
manage and supervise overall maintenance activities at our plant.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, PLC, LPDC,
HPDC, and industrial machinery maintenance, along with expertise in breakdown
troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day maintenance activities.
Handle breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance of plant machinery.
Troubleshoot and maintain CNC, VMC, and PLC-based machines.
Handle maintenance of LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting) and HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) machines.
Identify machine faults and take quick corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Handle electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance issues.
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and ensure maximum equipment availability.
Lead and guide the maintenance team and allocate daily maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the Production Department to resolve machine breakdowns and operational issues.
Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, spare parts, and maintenance activities.




Ensure proper availability and utilization of maintenance tools and spare parts.
Conduct/support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring machine breakdowns and implement permanent solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures during all maintenance activities.
Handle overall maintenance operations independently to ensure smooth plant functioning.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
Experience in LPDC and HPDC machine maintenance.
Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC Machines.
Good practical knowledge of VMC Machines.
Practical knowledge of PLC systems and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Foundry Experience Mandatory
Strong breakdown troubleshooting and faultinding skills.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
Experience in machine installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
Robust team handling and supervisory skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to independently manage complete maintenance operations.

Candidate Profile
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 6+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
Solid practical and hands-on maintenance experience.
Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor / Senior Maintenance Engineer will be preferred.
Candidates capable of independently handling complete plant maintenance operations will be preferred.
