Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional Java development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java 17 or later.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
- Experience developing production microservices and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, and transaction management.
- Experience with NoSQL or document databases.
- Robust understanding of object-oriented design and common design patterns.
- Understanding of concurrency, idempotency, data consistency, and failure handling.
- Experience writing unit, component, and integration tests.
- Experience with Maven, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and code-review processes.
- Working knowledge of AWS.
- Ability to work independently on complex functionality.
