Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Network Security Engineer with 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing secure network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will play a key role in protecting the organizations network assets, ensuring compliance, and proactively defending against evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement secure network architectures including segmentation, firewall policies, and VPN configurations.
- Manage and maintain network security devices such as firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Cisco ISE), IDS/IPS, proxies, and NAC solutions.
- Conduct regular network vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Monitor network traffic and logs using SIEM tools to detect and respond to threats.
- Lead incident response efforts related to network-based attacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure deployment of new infrastructure and applications.
- Develop and enforce network security policies, standards, and procedures.




- Stay updated with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
- Support audits and compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in network security engineering or operations.
- Expertise in configuring and managing firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and other security appliances.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols.
- Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm).
- Familiarity with cloud network security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid grasp of threat detection, incident response, and forensic analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
