Dexian is hiring software professionals who are interested in transitioning their career into Technical Recruitment (US Staffing).This role includes complete training on US recruitment processes and IT hiring under experienced Team Leads.
Important: This is NOT a software development role.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand IT job requirements from Account Managers
- Source candidates using job portals (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
- Use Boolean search techniques for talent identification
- Screen and evaluate candidates over calls
- Handle RTR (Right to Represent) and candidate documentation
- Format resumes and submit profiles to clients
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Willingness to work in US night shift
- Robust learning attitude and target-oriented mindset
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
Freshers who have knowledge in:
- Software Development
- Testing / QA
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- Up to 36,000 in-hand per month
- 3,600 PF per month
- 5 Lakh Insurance Coverage
- Attractive recurring incentives
- Both-way cab facility (within 16 km radius)
