Key Responsibilities

- 1. Sales Business Development: Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities for industrial sensor products across the Ahmedabad industrial belt.
- Generate qualified leads through structured client visits, market mapping, key-account references, and industry networking.
- Consistently achieve assigned revenue and sales targets to drive regional business expansion.
- 2. Client Engagement Account Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, special purpose machine (SPM) manufacturers, distributors, and end-user industrial accounts.
- Analyze manufacturing and assembly processes to recommend high-precision sensor solutions.
- 3. Technical Expertise Solution Consultation: Provide expert guidance on sensor selection, mounting, optical alignment, wiring, and field troubleshooting.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations showcasing technical capabilities, operating principles, and competitive advantages.
- Support technical applications involving inductive capacitive proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, ultrasonic sensors, rotary encoders,



laser distance sensors, temperature sensors, and pressure transducers.
- 4. Proposals Quotation Engineering: Prepare, present, and negotiate techno-commercial proposals, tender submissions, and formal price quotations.
- Coordinate with internal commercial and supply chain teams to engineer viable technical and cost-effective solutions.
- Address technical objections and manage rigorous follow-ups until successful order closure.
- 5. Market Intelligence Competitive Analysis: Track industrial automation trends, competitor pricing strategies, emerging sensor technologies, and client demand shifts.
- Identify new niche applications and untapped OEM segments across Gujarat.
- 6. Coordination Sales Reporting: Collaborate with internal engineering, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless technical support and campaign execution.
- Maintain comprehensive records in CRM systems, including client interaction logs, visit summaries, pipeline stages, and sales forecasts.
- Provide structured monthly and quarterly performance reviews to management.

Required Skills Expertise

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial sensors, automation principles, switching outputs (NPN/PNP, NO/NC), and machine interfacing.
- Application Identification: Aptitude to inspect machinery and recommend exact sensor specifications based on sensing distance, material, environment, and response frequency.
- Sales Acumen: Proven capability in B2B industrial sales, deal negotiation, objection handling, and relationship building.
- Communication Skills: Explicit verbal and written presentation skills to articulate engineering concepts effectively.
- Territory Mobility: Must be based in Ahmedabad and open to extensive travel across Ahmedabad and nearby industrial clusters.
