Role & responsibilities

- Inspect returned products to identify defects, damage, and quality issues
- Refurbish, repair, and restore products back to sellable/working condition
- Grade each item and decide the appropriate action: repair, resale, or scrap
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults at component/product level
- Maintain accurate QC records, repair logs, and inventory documentation
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams on returned stock
- Follow quality standards, safety guidelines, and process checklists

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on repair and troubleshooting experience with electronic/electrical products
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Comfortable using basic repair tools and test equipment
- Ability to maintain clear documentation and work independently
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong practical skills may apply)
