This role is responsible for monitoring hotel performance, reviewing financial statements, tracking budgets and forecasts, and assisting senior leadership in executing asset-level business plans. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical finance or accounting professional who enjoys working with numbers, identifying trends, and solving problems. Prior hotel asset management experience is not required. Overlook Global will provide training on hospitality operations, hotel performance metrics, asset management processes, and real estate investment analysis.
