- Manage and coordinate site construction activities with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
- Plan and monitor estimation, budgeting, scheduling, execution, quality and documentation.
- Hands-on experience in RCC, foundation, structural fabrication, PEB, sheeting, flooring, painting, plumbing & piping, partition and backfilling.
- Conduct site meetings, progress tracking and project reporting.
- Review drawings, provide design/constructability inputs and identify construction clashes.
- Handle quantity surveying and vendor running bill verification.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural & MEP teams for smooth project execution.
- Use AutoCAD and construction-related tools for site coordination and drawing review.
- Provide regular updates to the client and support time, cost and quality optimization.
