We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer with 2-6 years of experience in servicing and supporting analytical & Bio instruments. The ideal candidate should possess robust troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, operational verification, and qualification support for laboratory instruments .
- Conduct customer training on instrument operation, routine maintenance, and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
- Perform corrective maintenance and breakdown support activities.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities as per service schedules.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, online support, and onsite visits.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, preventive maintenance, breakdown calls, service activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of service activities.
- Adhere to company service procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Good understanding of electronics, instrumentation, and software troubleshooting.
- Basic computer and networking knowledge.
Communication Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
- M.Sc. in Electronics & Instrumentation or related field.
