We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with 1-4 years of experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving product sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Present and promote company products to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and nominate suitable product solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the management team.
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1-4 years of proven experience in product sales or field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Valuable understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred (if field sales).
- Experience in the education industry will be considered a plus.
