Role Overview

The Senior HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while helping build a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding recent hires.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes.
- Drive performance appraisal cycles and support goal-setting across departments.
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management in coordination with Finance.




- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.) and maintain accurate HR records.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 4-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or a fast-paced startup.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
