Role Overview:

ROITech Consulting is looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Accountant to manage and strengthen its day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations. The role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage accounting, invoicing, receivables, payables, reconciliations, financial reporting and compliance coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Tally/accounting software.
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor ledgers and perform regular reconciliations.
- Manage customer invoicing, PO tracking and unbilled revenue.
- Track receivables, payment due dates and collections; prepare aging reports.
- Manage accounts payable, vendor payments and payment schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain data for GST, TDS, payroll and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with external accountants/consultants for timely filing of returns and statutory requirements.
- Review compliance-related data and highlight potential gaps or issues to management.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, cash flow, expense analysis and other financial reports.




- Maintain/update the company's ERP from the Finance perspective, including relevant financial KPIs, targets and performance data.
- Support management in budgeting, financial planning and improving finance processes and controls.

Required Profile:

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 12-20 years of practical experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Robust hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.
- Good practical understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliances, particularly GST, TDS, Income Tax and company-related compliances.
- Experience in AR, AP, invoicing, bank reconciliation and payroll coordination.
- Ability to prepare MIS and management reports.
- Detail-oriented, dependable and capable of independently handling day-to-day finance operations.

Preferred:

- Experience in a small or mid-sized IT services, consulting or professional services organization will be preferred.
- Experienced Senior Accountants and Accounts Managers
- Candidates who have independently handled end-to-end accounts and Finance operations
