Job Description

Bima Saathi is looking for a dynamic and relationship-oriented Relationship Manager - Key Accounts to manage strategic referral partners and drive Life Insurance business through relationship-led selling.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills, experience in Life Insurance sales, and exposure to handling HNI/Affluent customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with key referral partners.
- Generate business through partner networks and strategic alliances.
- Handle qualified leads shared through partner channels.
- Conduct customer meetings and drive policy closures.
- Engage with HNI and affluent customers through consultative selling.
- Deliver a superior customer experience through trust-based advisory.
- Achieve assigned business targets while maintaining compliance standards.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Experience in Life Insurance Sales is mandatory.
- Exposure to HNI/Affluent customer handling.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and drive business outcomes.
- High level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability.

Preferred Age Group

- 30-38 Years

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory).
