- Provide functional consultancy services to clients on SAP SD module, focusing on sales order processing, customer management, pricing, and billing.
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions using SAP SD modules such as Sales Order Management (SOM), Customer Master Data Management (CDM), Pricing & Billing (P&B;).
- Implement SOM projects from initiation to go-live phase, ensuring seamless integration with other ERP systems like SAP LE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize business processes through data analysis.
- Develop training materials and provide end-user support for newly implemented SOM solutions.
