Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Product Costing & Profitability

- Prepare detailed product cost sheets covering raw material, labour, overheads, and other manufacturing costs.
- Analyze product-wise cost, margins, profitability, and EBITDA.
- Support pricing decisions through cost and profitability analysis.

2. Costing & Financial Reporting

- Prepare and review monthly costing P&L; and related reports.
- Support annual budgeting, business planning, and budget vs. actual analysis.
- Monitor manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

3. MIS & Variance Analysis

- Prepare plant MIS reports covering production, efficiency, costs, and variances.
- Analyze direct and indirect expenses and highlight significant trends and deviations.
- Conduct cost and expense variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

4. Audit & Reconciliation

- Support Cost Audit preparation and maintain/validate relevant costing records.
- Perform period-end reconciliation of Raw Material (RM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG).




- Assist in basic accounts finalization and related reconciliations.

Job Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Costing, MIS, and Management Accounting within a manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in product costing, cost analysis, margin analysis, EBITDA, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
- Experience working closely with Production, Procurement, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- - Strong hands-on experience in Cost Accounting and Management MIS in a manufacturing workplace.
- Working knowledge of SAP / S4 HANA for costing and MIS. Candidates with SAP experience and exposure to SAP FICO will also be considered.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, costing, financial modelling, and MIS reporting.
- Good MS PowerPoint skills for management presentations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
