Safety Officer Construction Projects

Experience: 25 Years | Entry to Mid-Level

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure safety compliance at construction project sites.
- Handle safety documentation Work Permits, Method Statements, JSA, HIRA, OHSAS/ISO documents, etc.
- Conduct TBTs, safety inductions, inspections and safety audits.
- Supervise and guide construction workers on safe work practices.
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams on safety matters.
- Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Assist in basic site HR activities, including worker attendance, discipline and coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

- Must have hands-on construction safety experience.
- Industrial project experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of safety procedures and documentation.
- Good communication and worker-handling skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel.
