1. Cloud Project Management Delivery - Ensure end-to-end onboarding of applications and infrastructure on AWS. - Track project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. - Work with business, application, cloud, security, and vendor teams to ensure timely project execution. - Prepare project status updates and maintain project documentation.

2. AWS Infrastructure, Cloud Operations - Possess working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, CloudTrail, Security Groups, AWS Backup, NAT Gateway, Transit Gateway, and related cloud infrastructure components. - Perform provisioning and readiness of Development, UAT, DR, and Production environments. - Support cloud connectivity requirements including VPN, Direct Connect, VPC Peering, Transit Gateway, Private Endpoints, DNS management, routing, and network troubleshooting. - Coordinate with cloud, infrastructure, and network teams to resolve environment and connectivity-related issues.

3. DevOps, Automation Deployment Support - Possess a basic understanding of source code management using GitHub. - Understand CICD concepts and deployment workflows using Jenkins and GitHub. - Coordinate with DevOps and application teams during deployment and release activities. - Have awareness of Infrastructure as Code IaC concepts and Terraform-based deployments.

4. Compliance,



Governance Security - Have a basic understanding of compliance, governance, and audit requirements in a banking workplace. - Understand security controls, access management, data protection requirements, and regulatory expectations applicable to cloud-hosted applications. - Coordinate with security, risk, and compliance teams for approvals and reviews. - Maintain documentation required for audit, governance, and compliance purposes.

5. Incident, Change Operational Support - Provide day-to-day operational support for cloud-hosted applications and infrastructure. - Raise and track incidents, service requests, and change requests through the organizations ticketing tools as per bank policies and processes. - Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for issue resolution and timely closure of requests. - Support release management, change implementation, and operational readiness activities while ensuring SLA compliance.

6. Stakeholder Management Vendor Coordination - Work closely with internal stakeholders including business, cloud, infrastructure, security, and application teams. - Coordinate with vendor teams to ensure timely delivery of project requirements, deployments, connectivity setup, and operational support activities. - Follow up on open action items, dependencies, and escalations to drive timely closure. - Prepare project status reports, governance updates, and management dashboards.
