Role & responsibilities

Work Location: Mumbai (Vile Parle West)
It is work from office role with 2nd & 4th Saturday OFF.
Looking Immediate Joiners

Core Tech Stack:
• .NET (Versions 10 & 9)
• React.js (Versions 19 & 18)
• PostgreSQL (Versions 18 & 17)

Cloud & Orchestration: AWS Cloud & Kubernetes (EKS)

Responsibility Split:
• 20%30% Feature Development & Enhancements
• 70%–80% Optimization, Bug Fixing, Support, Maintenance, DevOps & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities
1. DevOps, Kubernetes & Release Engineering (High Priority)
• Own and mature the CI/CD infrastructure on AWS Cloud, driving predictable, automated code deployments.
• Lead Kubernetes Release Engineering initiatives: design, maintain, and optimize containerized workloads using Docker, Helm charts, and K8s manifests.
• Manage advanced cluster orchestration strategies, ensuring flawless Canary, Blue-Green, or Rolling updates inside Kubernetes with zero downtime.
• Enforce strict Code Management and Version Control best practices (Git), establishing branching protocols, mandatory PR reviews, and complex merge conflict resolutions.
2. System Optimization & Performance Tuning
• Conduct deep-dive performance tuning of PostgreSQL (v18/17) databases, optimizing highly complex queries, execution plans, indexes, and views to sustain millions of transactions.
• Audit and optimize backend .NET (v10/9) microservices and frontend React.js (v19/18) applications to eliminate memory leaks, minimize latency, and reduce compute footprints.
• Identify structural bottlenecks in high-pressure environments and implement code-level refactoring for maximum throughput.
3. Advanced Bug Fixing, Support & Maintenance
• Act as the primary technical anchor for tier-3 application support, rapidly isolating, debugging,



and resolving complex production issues across multiple modules.
• Manage, write, and execute robust scripts to ensure exact data synchronization across distributed modules built on a microservices architecture.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure health, Kubernetes pod stability, and proactively mitigate risks related to server load and data synchronization lag.
4. Application Development & Enhancements (20%–30%)
• Scope, design, and develop targeted application enhancements, recent modules, and critical feature requests using the latest specifications of .NET and React.js.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex system requirements into scalable, clean, and well-documented technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Competencies
• Backend & Frontend: Advanced proficiency in .NET 10 / 9 (C#) and React 19 / 18, with a knack for refactoring legacy flows into high-performing modules.
• Database Mastery: Advanced PostgreSQL 18 / 17 expertise (query optimization, deep profiling, index strategy tuning, and database design).
• Kubernetes & DevOps: Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (pod lifecycle, services, configmaps, ingress, Helm) and AWS Cloud services (EKS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3).
• Debugging & Code Tracing: Elite ability to reverse-engineer issues, trace errors across distributed microservices, and manage cross-module data synchronization scripts.
• Version Control: Expert-level knowledge of Git (Gitflow, rebasing, cherry-picking).
